It is time to time to plan our first outing for 2020. We have reserved the following cabins for Friday, 2/7 & Saturday, 2/8 night. Please make your reservations by February 1, 2020.

Cabins24 thru 25 are one bedroom featuring a queen and a murphy bed which sleeps 2 or 3 people Included is a full kitchen, fireplace, and television. Cost is $360.00 for two nights.

Cabins 26 thru 29 are two bedrooms featuring two queen size beds, a murphy bed which sleeps 3 to 5 people. Cabin 26 is handicap accessible. Included is a full kitchen, fireplace, and television.                 Cost is $ 480.00 two nights.

This year’s Friday night Pot Luck Theme is Favorite Red Chili Recipes. I need 4-5 chilies to serve 8 people each.as this will also be served for lunch on Saturday. Bring your chili cooked in a sealable container as we will combine the chilies in the club’s new electric roaster for heating. We will need veggie trays, cheese & crackers, other snacks, and deserts to serve 8 as well.

Saturday Night we will have Olig’s BBQ catered, consisting of beef brisket, pulled pork, slaw, baked beans, potato casserole, rolls, & fruit cobblers for $15 per person.

We will have full use of the Searcy Building Friday & Saturday for Socializing, Setup, Meals & Fly Tying.
