OFF Members are invited to learn the multiple techniques of installing soft hackles.

Master fly-tier Al Bourisaw will be instructing the room on how to install the soft hackle feather using various techniques. He will not be demonstrating soft hackle patterns but only the multiple different ways of installing the soft hackle feather.

This is not a demonstration class, but a instructional class. The difference is demonstration classes are only tying the fly and saying there you have it. Instructing is demonstrating the technique and then answering questions fr the students making sure that the student understands how the techniques are applied to the application.
